Shipping Policy

There are two main methods of collecting your ordered items which include Self-Pickup and our Courier Delivery. The Courier Delivery is available from $35-$45, depending on your location across Trinidad. This option is only eligible for payments made prior to collection, for example, online bank transfers or bank deposits. However, arrangements can be made for payment on collection with this option. Once your order status has been updated to "processed", the item(s) usually take 1-2 business days to be delivered to you. Please note that the delivery time may vary from time to time based on the courier and the volume of orders they receive at that time (for example, Valentine's Day & Christmas).

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, Seytionery does not facilitate returns or exchanges on any items, unless the item received is not what was ordered. Any damage of the item upon arrival, especially with the courier option, has no relation to the Seytionery company and therefore, any matter of damage should be resolved with the courier company. Once an item has left for delivery, any items damaged, lost or stolen from the courier is not liable for refunds.
